Reiki
The system of Reiki originated in Japan in the early 20th century. Mikao Usui, a Japanese Buddhist Monk, developed the system after a spiritual experience. The practice involves the transfer of universal life energy through the practitioner's hands to promote healing and balance. It is a non-invasive and soothing practice, often used to reduce stress, enhance well-being, and support the body's natural healing abilities. Everything in life has an energetic component, by directing positive energy through intention, the goal is to bring about a sense of harmony within the recipient. This process is often described as a form of holistic healing that works on the physical, emotional, and spiritual levels, even when done at a distance.
ThetaHealing
Theta healing is a meditation technique that aims to access the state of brain waves state. From this state the practitioner and recipient work together to identify and change limiting beliefs. It is often used for emotional and physical healing, promoting personal growth and spiritual development.
